What is Proma?

Proma is a no-code platform for building custom business systems — CRMs, booking tools, invoice trackers, project managers, and more — without writing any code. You build systems from five components: a Dataset to store your data, Interfaces to view it, an Automation Engine to act on it, a Logic Builder to add rules, and a Designer to control how it looks.

This page explains how Proma is structured. If you're ready to build, go to → Set up your account

How Proma is organized

Proma has five levels, from your company account down to the individual components inside each system.

Level 1 — Organization Your company's top-level account. Contains all users, workspaces, and settings.

Level 2 — Collections (optional) Named groups that organize multiple workspaces together. Useful when you have many workspaces and want to group them by department, region, or purpose.

Level 3 — Workspaces Sections for specific projects, clients or teams. Each workspace holds its own systems and controls who has access.

Level 4 — Systems Custom apps you build for specific purposes. One workspace can contain many systems.

Level 5 — Components The building blocks inside each system — datasets, interfaces, automations, and more. This is where your team's daily work happens.

In the app: Your Home screen shows all your workspaces in the left sidebar. Click + Add a Workspace (top right of the Workspaces page) to create a new one, or Create a Collection to group workspaces together.
